From initial design through decades of operation — HPT delivers every stage of your water treatment project under a single roof, with a single point of accountability.
Our Position
Many companies will sell you a water treatment plant. Far fewer will design it precisely for your application, procure the right components globally, install it correctly, commission it to performance, operate it reliably, and support it for its entire working life. HPT does all of this — and has done so for over two decades across industrial and municipal projects throughout India.

Every stage delivered by HPT. One contract. One team. One point of responsibility.
Stage 01
Every HPT project begins with engineering — not sales. Our in-house team conducts a thorough assessment of your source water, process requirements, site constraints, discharge norms, and future capacity plans before a single component is specified.
We produce complete engineering packages: process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, civil drawings, electrical schematics, and instrumentation specifications. Our systems are designed to perform — not just to meet a tender specification on paper.
Stage 02
HPT's global strategic alliances give us access to internationally proven equipment and membrane technologies not available through standard domestic channels. Our procurement team sources the right components — not the cheapest — balancing quality, lead time, and lifecycle cost.
For domestic procurement, we maintain established relationships with India's leading equipment and chemical suppliers. All procured equipment passes incoming quality inspection before dispatch to site.

Stage 03
A correctly designed system can still fail if installed poorly. HPT's installation teams handle complete civil, mechanical, structural, piping, and electrical erection on site. We manage the installation programme, coordinate with civil contractors, and ensure every component is installed to our engineering drawings — not adapted in the field.
Our site teams are experienced in the specific requirements of water and wastewater treatment plant installation: confined space working, chemical resistance requirements, and instrument loop integrity.
Stage 04
Commissioning is where design meets reality. HPT's commissioning engineers conduct systematic loop checks, instrument calibration, equipment trial runs, and performance testing before any plant is handed over.
We commission against defined acceptance criteria — not just "it's running." Our commissioning documentation provides the client with a complete record of as-commissioned performance, forming the baseline for ongoing O&M.
Stage 05
For clients who prefer to focus on their core business, HPT offers complete plant Operation & Maintenance services. Our O&M teams operate your treatment plant to guaranteed performance parameters — managing day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance schedules, chemical dosing, consumable replacement, and performance reporting.
O&M contracts are structured around output quality guarantees, not just attendance — we are accountable for the plant delivering what it was designed to deliver.
Stage 06
Accurate water quality data is the foundation of good treatment decisions. HPT operates laboratory testing services covering source water characterisation, treated water quality verification, effluent compliance testing, and process optimisation sampling.
Our laboratory capabilities support every stage of the project — from the initial source water analysis that informs design, through the routine compliance testing that satisfies regulatory reporting requirements.

Stage 07
Standard equipment configurations do not always suit the space, process, or integration requirements of a specific installation. HPT's engineering team designs application-specific modifications and custom configurations — skid-mounted compact systems for space-constrained sites, bespoke chemical dosing packages, modified flow paths for integration with existing infrastructure, and custom control philosophies for specific automation requirements.
If a standard product doesn't fit your application, we engineer one that does.
What's Included
Stage 08
Water treatment plants are long-lived assets — a well-maintained plant will operate reliably for 15–25 years. HPT's Annual Maintenance Contracts provide structured, scheduled maintenance programmes that protect your investment and prevent costly unplanned downtime.
AMC coverage includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority response for breakdowns, consumable supply management, and an annual plant performance review. For plants not under full O&M, AMC is the minimum we recommend.

The Difference
When design, supply, installation, and commissioning all come from one team — there is no blame to shift between vendors. HPT owns the outcome.
The gaps between contractors are where projects fail. When HPT handles every stage, there are no handoff gaps and no integration surprises.
The team that designed and commissioned your plant is the same team maintaining it. That continuity of knowledge is irreplaceable.
Integrated Management System
HPT is among the first companies in India to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) — integrating ISO 9001:2008 across Design, Engineering, Procurement, Erection & Commissioning, Laboratory Services, and Operation & Maintenance.
Whether you need a complete turnkey project or support for a specific stage — HPT's team is ready to assess your requirement.
